The Seven Treasures and Eight Precious Objects are among the most significant ritual implements in Buddhism, with the Golden Wheel Treasure being the foremost among them. Symbolizing the Buddha Dharma's continuous rotation like a wheel, it represents the eternal and unceasing propagation of Buddhist teachings. The Palace Museum houses numerous artifacts related to the Golden Wheel Treasure. The character 'Shun' (meaning 'smooth sailing and fulfillment') is inscribed by Master Yinshun, the abbot of Hongfa Temple, signifying auspicious blessings. This leather cord toggle扣features seven engravings of this character, wishing all wearers these blessings. It is co-manufactured by the Hongfa Temple Humanistic Buddhist Museum and the Zizhu Art Museum.
